Diet It fluctuates. I've had good success with the Paleo diet in the past, but I'm generally happy if I make most of my food at home. Because pizza and donuts are pretty magical.

Previous Athletic Experience I played soccer through college, and my team made it to a few D3 NCAA tournaments. As a kid, I played all of the sports, and I've always been a bit of a bruiser. Nobody in my life has ever been surprised by me skating roller derby.
